At Café Café, we are committed to providing every guest with a refined and comfortable dining experience.
Please review the following policies before making a reservation.

Dining Duration
- The standard dining duration is 2 hours.
- Extensions may be accommodated with prior notice.
Group Reservations & Private Rooms
■ Standard Deposit
- A RM50 deposit per person is required for reservations of 6 guests or more.
■ Private Room Policy
- Private rooms are available by advance reservation.
- Please inform us in advance regarding menu preferences, decorations, or special arrangements.
- Moving furniture is strictly prohibited (requires prior approval).
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed (except for birthday cakes only).
- Additional charges may apply for exceeding the reserved time.
Special Occasions
On Christmas, Valentineʼs Day, New Yearʼs Eve, and other designated Special Occasion Days, the following conditions apply:
■ Deposit
- RM100 per person, deductible from your bill upon arrival.
- Deposits may be non-refundable.
- The required amount may vary depending on the event or menu (details provided at booking).
■ Special Occasion Menu
- A fixed or special menu may be offered.
- Menu changes on the day itself may not be possible.
- Please give us your dietary requirements at least 24 hours prior to reserved date.
Late Arrivals
- Reserved tables will be held for 15 minutes.
- Please contact us if you expect to be late.
- Delays may affect your ability to enjoy the full course menu.
Seating Requests
We will do our best to accommodate your preferred seating; however, final seating arrangements are at the discretion of the restaurant.
Corkage Policy
- Wine: RM50 per bottle
- Sparkling Wine & Champagne: RM80 per bottle
- Liqueur / Spirits: RM150 per bottle
★ Corkage is complimentary every Wednesday (except on Special Occasion Days).
Outside Food & Drinks
- Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
- Cakes may be brought in; however, the restaurant is not liable for any damage or deformation during storage.
Photography & Videography
- Please ensure that other guests are not captured in your photos or videos.
- Permission must be obtained from anyone who appears in your content.
Age Restriction
- To maintain a calm and refined dining environment, children under 13 are not permitted.
- Please contact us for special considerations.
Dress Code
Not Permitted
- Sandals, slippers
- Unkempt or overly casual attire that may disturb other guests
※ Guests may be refused entry if attire is deemed inappropriate.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
- Please inform us in advance of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or religious requirements.
- Major menu adjustments may not be possible on the day of the reservation.
- We cannot guarantee full allergen-free preparation for severe allergies.
Guest Etiquette
- Please refrain from using strong perfumes.
- Phone calls are not permitted inside the dining area.
- Behavior that disturbs other guests or staff is strictly prohibited.
- For private rooms, please adhere to the reserved end time.
